Today I started outlining. I will finish a first draft by Christmas (record speed for me- a first draft usually takes me somewhere between 6 and 11 years). I’m really excited about rolling into the new year with a new thing…

Here’s the deal.
Pay What You Want!I When You Want!I know, it sounds too good to be true. And I’ll probably never do this again. It’s a little ridiculous. But I have two PILOT WRITING classes starting soon, and I’m giving you the chance to decide how much you’ll pay.
And I’ve even gonna wait to let you decide when you want to pay.
Just pay a $50 (fifty bucks!) deposit, and tell me which class you would like to register for, and you are in. Then later, whenever you feel like it but before the class ends, you can decide (and tell me) what you’re ultimately gonna pay. You should be able to figure it out at some point....
Maybe you decide to pay full price ($399). Maybe it’s JUST that $50. MAYBE (it’s possible) by Class #3 you decide the class is worth $10,000.
If you decide you ultimately want to pay NOTHING, I will give you your $50 back (provided you can best me in an arm-wrestling contest) (seriously).
The classes are each 6 weeks of 2-hour sessions, including a Q & A every week. They also come with a one-on-one meeting with me at the end of the 6 weeks to discuss your pilot script point by point, in terms of premise, world, characters, story, dialogue, jokes… all of it. All classes are on Zoom, so you can take them from anywhere, including Finland.
Here are the classes:
Saturdays 12-2 January 18, 25 February 1, 8, 15, and 22, with a final one on one meeting to go over your script TBD
Thursdays 6-8 PST January 23, 30, February 6, 13, 20, and 27, with a final one on one meeting to go over your script TBD.
